NATIONAL OnDemand, Inc. is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee field operations nationwide. You will supervise field supervisors and technicians, drive profitability, recruit and train staff, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

Responsibilities include scheduling, site visits for QC, maintaining client relationships, and implementing company policies. Travel up to 50% may be required, with occasional multi-week assignments on remote site projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Possession of a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Three years of related discipline experience.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills fostering an inclusive environment.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to prioritize needs.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and rapid change.
• Coordinate work across multiple disciplines and resource planning.
• Experience managing multiple locations and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites (overnight travel possible).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated with ability to motivate others.
• Experience with FTTP/FTTH services.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company at client meetings with Regional Manager and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive profitability by optimizing profits and controlling expenses.
• Provide technical support and leadership for field team.
• Recruit, hire, retain and train field staff.
• Build and maintain an effective field operations organization focused on customer and employee satisfaction.
• Supervise field staff and respond to escalated issues.
• Communicate directives to field staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop manpower schedules and workload coverage.
• Visit sites to QC projects and ensure conformance to client specs.
• Address customer satisfaction issues and drive resolution.
• Provide onsite guidance for newer staff.
• Be safety champion for the company.
• Other duties as assigned.
