Job summary

Falcon Structures is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead on-site deployment, installation, and commissioning of Falcon’s modular units nationwide. You will serve as Falcon’s primary on-site representative, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring code compliance, and delivering a safe, efficient installation experience for customers and partners.

This role bridges Production, Quality, and Customer teams to ensure projects leave Falcon Structures ready for seamless field execution and completed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; or equivalent field experience.
• 5+ years of construction, field services, modular installation, or site management experience
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-trade crews
• Experience working with building inspections and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Travel to project locations to plan, manage, and execute set-up, installation, and commissioning of Falcon’s modular units.
• Lead day-to-day on-site operations including scheduling and overseeing trades.
• Serve as on-site project lead for customers, general contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with Falcon standards.
• Provide field feedback to engineering and production teams.
