Job summary

Flock in the United States seeks technical specialists to execute nationwide on-site installations of DFR infrastructure, including drone docks and supporting hardware. You will perform comprehensive site assessments to verify power, mounting locations, network readiness, and access constraints, and you will troubleshoot field issues as they arise.

This hands-on role is outdoors, involves travel up to 100% across the country, lifting up to 75 lbs, and requires a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Field service experience in low-voltage installations or physical infrastructure deployment.
• Hands-on networking, electrical, mechanical assembly, and cross-platform troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Execute nationwide on-site installations and field support for DFR hardware and drone docks.
• Conduct site assessments for power, mounting, and network access.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in the field.
• Document installation records and site logs for cross-functional teams.
