Job summary

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC is seeking a Millwork Field Installation Coordinator for our Fort Myers, FL operation. The role involves overseeing on-site installation of millwork products including doors, windows, trim, and related items.

You will visit job sites to ensure quality, timing, and adherence to standards. You will log work, troubleshoot issues with builders/homeowners, and perform repairs as needed, while maintaining safety in accordance with OSHA.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school OR three to four years of related work experience in installation of building products (doors, windows, trim, etc.). Prior experience in the building supplies industry is required.
• Achieve a minimum 95% task completion rate.
• Less than a 2% call-back reinspection (pre and post walks).

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites before, during, and after installations to ensure quality standards and timely completion.
• Locate sources of problems via in-field observations with builders/homeowners.
• Inspect issues, troubleshoot, and perform repairs (doors, slabs, windows, trim, etc.).
• Carry out warranty repairs and warranty-related adjustments.
• Log all work, take photos, update tracking systems, and complete work orders.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and provide outstanding customer service.
• Work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain company vehicle and tools.
