Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install lifecycle. You will perform technical measures, assess conditions, and conduct Job Site Inspections to ensure quality and THD standards.

You will work with service providers to resolve issues, manage scope changes, and ensure timely completion of items to the customer's satisfaction, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle and resolves open questions or job changes.
• Manages jobs from assigned area and product category, conducts JSIs and inspects work to ensure standards.
• Resolves customer inquiries, escalates as needed, and drives timely closure of open services.
