Job summary

You will diagnose problems, train customers on operation and maintenance, manage parts and service requests, and coordinate with internal teams to meet installation quality standards. Travel is required; a company vehicle is provided to support field work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years related experience; Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, RF energy devices, and electronic cooling systems.
• Proficient with test equipment for verification and calibration.
• Basic networking skills to integrate the machine onto customer server.
• Knowledge of PC-based systems.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal communication.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation and oversee diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment.
• Check and approve operational quality of system equipment.
• Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system.
• Serve as liaison with customer for administrative and technical matters.
• Support field activities including hardware, software, PCs and networking; installs and upgrades.
• Demonstrate equipment operation per Customer Acceptance Procedure.
• Advise on spare parts ordering and service requests to keep equipment operational.
• Input installation and upgrade records into company systems.
• Maintain professionalism and safety per guidelines.
• Manage parts inventory and order replenishment for installs.
• Document operating characteristics and performance for installation efficiency.
• Report work via timesheets and expense reports.
