Job summary

KLA is seeking a field service professional in the USA to install and support advanced inspection tools at customer sites in Chandler, AZ. You will troubleshoot, document progress, and coordinate travel for international assignments as required.

The role emphasizes hands-on installation, problem solving, and ongoing training with senior engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Typical minimum: 2 years related experience or equivalent degree/experience.
• Preferred degrees listed above.
• Engineering degrees are highly valued for this role.

Responsibilities

• Install new tools at customer sites with guidance and supervision.
• Evaluate, analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Prepare field service reports and passdowns on installation progress.
• Obtain travel documents and be ready to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.
• Pursue training opportunities with senior PIEs, tech supports and CSEs.

BS in Mechanical Engineering

BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering)
