Job summary

Standardutilityu is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator based in Grand Prairie, TX. This full-time role focuses on enhancing the customer service experience, coordinating job planning, and ensuring site readiness across multiple jobs.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of related experience (5 preferred), strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and field reporting. Travel and occasional odd hours may be required. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Working knowledge of customer standards and specifications for services being installed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer software programs.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Working knowledge of distribution system mapping.
• Must read, write, speak and comprehend English fluently.
• Must be very organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Valid Texas Driver License.
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for enhancing the customer service experience.
• Performing field checks and inspecting job sites.
• Determining, documenting and communicating job site readiness.
• Constant communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinating job planning and completion dates to meet scheduled timelines.
• Completing all associated paperwork and electronic reporting.
• Dispatching and assigning jobs.
• May be required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Travel may be required.
• May work alone for long periods of time.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must follow all safe work practices.
