Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Analyst to learn Keefe proprietary software, deploy and train customers on cloud and hosted applications, and manage project life cycles. You will configure systems, validate client setups, and travel up to 75% to client sites.

The role involves extensive customer interaction, training delivery, and coordination with vendors to ensure successful deployments and transitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months experience in Keefe Group IT support or related field.
• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Able to work in a correctional environment and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deploy customer project work plans and transition plans.
• Configure hardware, software, and services for deployment at customer sites.
• Manage upgrades and maintenance of Keefe Group systems at sites and DCs.
• Develop training plans and deliver sessions to customers nationwide.
• Coordinate with onsite vendors and provide escalation support.
