Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Analyst to learn Keefe Group software, deploy projects, train customers, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

The role involves configuration, data mapping of client workflows, and remote/on‑site support for cloud and hosted applications. Travel up to 75% nationwide; you will manage multiple project plans, deliver trainings at customer sites, and work with on‑site vendors to install hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Six to twelve months minimum experience as a Keefe Group IT Support Analyst or an Associate's degree or equivalent
• Pro-active self-starter who can work with people at all levels in professional manner
• Ability to work in a correctional environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills and comfort in leading groups
• Strong analytical, problem solving/troubleshooting, and project management skills
• Knowledge of IBM DB2 and Windows Server preferred
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel, Visio and related tools

Responsibilities

• Execute and deploy customer project work plans and transition plans.
• Hands-on configuration of Keefe Group software and hardware for deployments at customer sites.
• Upgrade and maintain Keefe Group systems deployed to customer sites and regional centers.
• Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects within constraints.
• Develop training plans to educate end users on Keefe Group software.
• Deliver training to customers nationwide at client facilities.
• Provide escalation support to the IT team for deployments.
• Document service, training, configuration, and upgrade activities.
