Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc., including Keefe Group, seeks an Implementation Analyst to deploy customer projects and train users on Keefe Group software and hardware. You will configure systems, manage upgrades, and document activities, traveling to customer sites as needed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with extensive customer interaction and remote training.

Qualifications

• Experience with Keefe Group IT support or equivalent, 6–12 months.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a correctional environment and travel up to 75%.
• Proficient in Windows Server, IBM DB2, and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deploy customer project work plans and transition plans.
• Configure hardware/software/services at customer sites for deployment.
• Manage upgrades and maintenance of Keefe Group systems at customer sites.
• Lead training sessions for customers nationwide on Keefe Group systems.
• Document activities and provide escalation support to the team.
