Job summary

Medasource is seeking a Field Implementation Specialist to support post-sales installation, validation, and training of clinical analyzers at customer sites. This field-based role requires extensive travel and strong customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, training delivery, issue resolution, and coordination of implementation activities from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 95%).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer liaison during implementation projects.
• Support installation and validation of clinical analyzers and instruments.
• Provide onsite advisory and training to customers.
• Coordinate implementation activities from installation to customer readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Identify opportunities for additional reagents, consumables, and software.
