Job summary

Responsibilities include program protocol development, reporting, and collaboration with IDCFS and internal teams to implement training initiatives. A Master’s in Social Work or related field and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related human services field.
• Six+ years in public-sponsored child welfare settings.
• Three+ years supervising staff.
• Experience with learning methodologies and curriculum development.
• Current Illinois LCSW or LCPC license preferred at hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide Field Implementation Support Program operations and provide coaching to specialists/technicians.
• Oversee data management, reporting, and contract oversight to ensure program goals.
• Collaborate with IDCFS and University partners to implement strategies and training.
• Develop and update program protocols, training curricula and materials.
• Represent the program in meetings and conferences and promote practice improvement.
