University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is seeking a Team Lead, Clinical Curriculum for the School of Social Work. The role focuses on developing and implementing state-wide clinical curriculum with emphasis on accessibility and best practices, including mock trainings and Training of Trainers.

Hybrid work options are available with on-site requirements as needed. The position requires a Master’s in social work or related field, licensure, and specialized certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• 1-3 years of Behavioral Health Services (Clinical) experience.
• Illinois clinical licensure; LPHA status.
• IM+CANS trainer level certification within 90 days of hire.
• SOC trainer certification within 120 days of hiring.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver web-based training and on-site trainings statewide.
• Develop curriculum across PATH initiatives and monitor progress.
• Ensure consistency of clinical curriculum content (TCOM and System of Care).
• Lead curriculum development across PATH teams to support coordinators in delivery of milestones.
• Provide feedback to PATH leadership on curriculum design and deployment.
