University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is seeking a Field Implementation Support Program Manager for the School of Social Work. You will oversee statewide Field Implementation Support operations, lead a team of Specialists/Technicians, and collaborate with IDCFS and university partners to implement program strategies and improve outcomes.

The role requires a Master's in Social Work or related field, 6+ years in public child welfare, and 3 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in public-sponsored child welfare settings.
• 3 years of supervision of direct service staff and/or management of child welfare services.
• Experience with learning methodologies (coaching, transfer of learning, group facilitation, motivational interviewing, training and curriculum development).
• Current Illinois license as LCSW or LCPC at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the senior administrative team of statewide Field Implementation Support Program.
• Provide direct supervision to Specialists/Technicians and ensure programmatic expectations are met.
• Evaluate operational efficiency and implement improvements.
• On-boarding and pre-service preparation for staff; track reports.
• Develop program protocol, procedures, and training curricula.
• Collaborate with IDCFS and university partners on training and program initiatives.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decisions and QI initiatives.
