Job summary

University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is seeking a Field Implementation Support Program Manager in the School of Social Work. The role is a 100% full-time Academic Professional position focused on statewide Field Implementation Support operations, supervising a team, data analysis, and collaboration with IDCFS and other partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Professional experience in a public-sponsored, agency-based child welfare setting is required.
• Three+ years of supervision experience of staff in child welfare.
• Experience with coaching, transfer of learning, and curriculum development.
• Current Illinois license as LCSW or LCPC at hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Field Implementation Support Program operations and align with goals.
• Provide leadership and coaching to FISP Specialists/Technicians.
• Manage program implementation, operations, reporting, and contract oversight.
• Analyze data and inform decision-making for quality improvement.
• Collaborate with IDCFS and university offices on training and development.
• Represent the program in statewide meetings and external partnerships.
