Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or allied human services.
• Six+ years in public-sponsored child welfare settings.
• Three years supervising direct service staff or management responsibilities.
• Current Illinois license (LCSW or LCPC) at hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide Field Implementation Support Program operations.
• Supervise and coach Specialists/Technicians to meet program goals.
• Oversee data management, reporting and analytics for program decisions.
• Collaborate with IDCFS, Child Welfare and other agencies.
• Develop training materials and curricula for staff.
• Represent the program at meetings, trainings and conferences.
