Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a regional position, and candidates should reside within 60 miles of the Jacksonville, Florida area.

We require Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification and at least 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience. You must be able to communicate effectively by phone or email.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 or Universal EPA certification.
• 3+ years HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including after-hours and weekend call outs.
• Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.
