Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires candidates to reside within 60 miles of Elgin, Illinois and be willing to travel and respond to calls, including after hours.

Must have EPA Certification Level 2 or Universal, 3+ years of HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred), and basic knowledge of refrigeration, electrical and mechanical components.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA Certification Level 2 or Universal.
• At least 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and refrigeration components is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or install HVAC systems for telecom shelters.
• Perform routine maintenance and efficiency checks on equipment.
• Respond to service calls including after-hours as needed.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
