Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires residence within 60 miles of Cape Girardeau, MO, with travel and after-hours availability.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain cooling systems and report daily work activity. Must hold EPA Level 2 certification and have 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• EPA Level 2 or Universal EPA certification required.
• 3+ years HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per company policy.
