Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires living within 60 miles of Jacksonville, FL and willingness to travel extensively.

You will diagnose, maintain, and repair systems, respond to service calls, and complete daily reports. Must hold EPA Level 2 or Universal certification and have at least 3 years in HVAC maintenance; strong communication skills and ability to work

Qualifications

• Must hold EPA Level 2 or Universal certification.
• 3+ years HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair, install, and replace HVAC components.
• Perform regular maintenance and performance checks on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including emergency calls.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
• Operate a company vehicle safely per policy.
