Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a regional role requiring travel within 60 miles of Framingham, MA, with after-hours and weekend call duties and extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.

Candidates should have 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, EPA Certification Level 2, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 EPA Certification.
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a vehicle safely per company policies.
