Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires travel and residence in the Grand Junction, CO area, with after-hours and weekend call-outs possible.

You will diagnose, repair, and install cooling systems and complete daily reports while maintaining safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates have 3+ years HVAC maintenance experience, EPA Level 2 or Universal certification, and ability

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical and electrical components incl. refrigeration.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair or install components.
• Conduct performance checks and routine HVAC maintenance.
• Perform upgrades to out‑of‑season equipment.
• Respond to service calls promptly, including emergencies.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
• Safely operate a PEARCE vehicle per policy.
