Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires travel within 60 miles of Bayonne, NJ and is ideal for self-directed, motivated technicians eager to grow in telecom.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading HVAC systems, plus after-hours callouts. A valid EPA Level 2 certification and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and refrigeration components.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per Pearce policies.
