Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires travel and residence in the Casper, Wyoming area, with after-hours availability and a self-directed, motivated mindset.

Core duties include diagnosing and repairing cooling systems, performing preventive maintenance, documenting daily work reports, and complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 or Universal EPA certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and refrigeration components.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair, or install HVAC systems for telecom shelters.
• Perform routine maintenance and checks on equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
• Travel regionally and work safely according to DOT/OSH standards.
