Job summary

Pearce Services in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell‑tower sites. This regional role requires travel, independence, and a strong work ethic.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, or replace components; perform regular maintenance; respond to service calls including emergencies; and maintain daily reports. A DOT physical and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• At least 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Available for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs on occasion.
• Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds and pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems – diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, or replace components.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call‑outs.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate a vehicle safely per policy and insurance requirements.
