Job summary

Pearce Services in Cheyenne, WY is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service telecom shelters on cell‑tower sites across the region. The role requires Level 2 EPA certification, 3+ years HVAC maintenance, ability to travel and pass a DOT physical, and the physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds.

You will diagnose, repair and maintain cooling systems, perform maintenance, respond to calls (including after-hours), and complete daily reports.

Qualifications

• EPA Level 2 certification required.
• At least 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems – diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, or replace components.
• Perform regular maintenance and performance checks on HVAC equipment.
• Carry out additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergencies.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and timely.
