Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This fast‑paced role requires a self‑directed, highly motivated individual who is willing to travel and seeks growth in the Telecom industry.

Regional position. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of the Pawtucket, Rhode Island area and you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and service cooling systems, perform routine maintenance, and respond to

Qualifications

• EPA Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification required.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on out‑of‑season HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call‑out services.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
• Drive to remote work sites; exposure to ambient temperatures; lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
