Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, and highly motivated, with willingness to travel and grow in the Telecom industry.

Candidates should reside within 60 miles of the Kearney, Nebraska area and hold Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per company policies.
