Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to service commercial HVAC systems across multiple client sites in Texas. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate with clients using company vehicles and field tools.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, 5 years in HVAC/general maintenance, EPA Universal Refrigeration License, and a 2-year HVAC certificate or state license. Travel between sites is expected with a company-provided vehicle.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or higher; equivalent experience in trades.
• Certified 2 year HVAC certificate or state license.
• 5 years HVAC/General Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Document work orders and service reports.
