Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires candidates to reside within 60 miles of Lake Ozark, Missouri, with extensive daily travel and occasional overnight stays.

Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered. Candidates must be EPA certified (Level 2 or Universal) with 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience and the ability to communicate effectively by email

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification.
• 3+ years HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical and electrical components including refrigeration is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and checks on telecom shelter equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours as needed.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
• Travel within the Lake Ozark region as required.
