Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires travel within 60 miles of Lake Ozark, Missouri and possession of EPA Level 2 or Universal certification.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC components; perform routine maintenance; respond to service calls including after-hours; and maintain accurate daily reports.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 or Universal EPA certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair, and replace components of commercial HVAC systems.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours and emergencies.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely per policy.
