Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites. The role is regional; candidates should reside within 60 miles of St. Louis, MO, and be willing to travel frequently.

Core responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading systems, with after-hours availability and daily travel. Must have EPA certification and 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA Certification Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification.
• Three+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, repair, install, and replace components.
• Perform regular maintenance and checks on HVAC equipment.
• Complete maintenance or upgrades to seasonal HVAC equipment as needed.
• Respond to service calls quickly, including after-hours as needed.
