Job summary

Ambient Enterprises is seeking an Outside Sales Engineer to directly impact sales of AirTelligence distribution products. You will promote lines, advise on equipment selection, and deliver technical support while developing strong customer relationships across multiple teams.

With 5-7 years in HVAC or construction sales, a mechanical/industrial engineering background is preferred. Expect travel for trainings and meetings, and a compensation package including base 70,000–130,000 USD plus

Qualifications

5-7 years of successful direct outside sales experience in HVAC/construction preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship building, and customer focus.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Sell AirTelligence Distribution Products to select accounts.
Promote the product lines represented by AirTelligence and build the AirTelligence brand.
Advise customers on proper application and equipment selection to meet objectives.
Provide technical support on product lines and establish strong manufacturer relationships.
Develop and maintain relationships through proactive communication with customers and manufacturers.
Travel periodically for training, industry meetings and customer entertainment.
