Job summary

Colliers Facility Solutions seeks a skilled HVAC/ refrigeration technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial kitchen and building systems. You will service hot-side cooking equipment, sealed refrigeration, and base-building HVAC, traveling within the local market.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on trade experience, EPA Universal Certification, and the ability to read diagrams and schematics. On-call rotations and documentation duties are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Trade school training or 5+ years in related trades.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean MVR as travel is 100% within local market.

Responsibilities

• Own preventive and corrective maintenance for commercial kitchen and building systems.
• Deliver fast, high-quality responses that meet SLAs for Operators.
• Install parts accurately and validate performance to specification.
• Maintain precise documentation: work orders, time, receipts, and truck stock.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
