Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a skilled service technician to support Chick‑fil‑A restaurants with field maintenance of commercial kitchen and related systems. The role emphasizes independent field work with strong technical and operational support.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of trade experience, EPA certification, and a clean driving record. You will service HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and cooking equipment, while maintaining documentation and equipment in a travel‑heavy

Qualifications

• Technical trade school training and/or relevant hands‑on experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of related trade experience or equivalent.
• Proven training or experience in sealed refrigeration/HVAC systems, electrical systems, mechanical systems, process controls, hot side cooking equipment and/or mechanical power transmission.
• Experience servicing kitchen equipment, facilities, or construction systems.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Safe driving record (MVR).
• Ability to operate company vehicles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and mobile service apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently.
• Positive, service‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and remove commercial kitchen equipment.
• Service cooking equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, and base building systems.
• Respond to operator service requests within SLAs.
• Maintain organized service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Complete accurate documentation including work orders and receipts.
• Engage with equipment partners, suppliers, and vendors.
