Job summary

Colliers Facility Solutions is hiring a Field Technician to service commercial kitchen equipment across a defined local market. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, install parts, and complete preventative service to keep Chick-fil-A restaurants running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on experience with refrigeration/HVAC, reading schematics, and strong problem-solving. Travel and on-call coverage are expected as part of normal operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related trade experience or equivalent.
• EPA Universal Certification and valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics for diagnostics.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and mobile service applications.
• Safe driving record and insurance; on-call emergency readiness.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and remove commercial kitchen equipment.
• Service refrigeration, HVAC, and base-building systems per SLAs.
• Document work orders, time, receipts, and stock; on-site reporting.
• Collaborate with manufacturers for parts identification and support.
