Job summary

You will diagnose complex issues, maintain records in CMMS, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safe, efficient work. Qualifications

• 5+ years of related building engineering or facilities maintenance experience.
• Universal EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office applications.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilities technician for multiple client locations and oversee building operations and equipment performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC equipment including rooftop units, air handlers, boilers, chillers, and related systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Perform basic to intermediate repairs on electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general building systems.
• Respond to service requests with minimal disruption to operations.
• Review work orders, estimate labor/materials, and maintain tools and inventory.
• Monitor building systems to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain CMMS records and equipment readings.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Operate a company vehicle between sites.
• Comply with safety standards and CBRE RISE values.
