Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a field-based HVAC/Controls professional to start and commission new systems on customer sites. You will diagnose and repair environmental-control equipment, working with electronics, direct digital control, and refrigeration theory to meet client needs.

The role requires 3–5 years of HVAC/Controls experience, Niagara knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll join a team focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across diverse commercial settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or formal training preferred.
• 3–5 years HVAC/Controls experience.
• Niagara experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license for 12 months with clean driving record.
• EPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start and commission new systems on-site.
• Diagnose and repair environmental-control systems.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand on-site requirements.
• Maintain safety and accountability of tools and equipment during field work.
