Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, invites you to join a field-based role combining HVAC and controls expertise. You will start and commission new systems, diagnose and repair environmental-control equipment at customer sites, applying knowledge of electronics and direct digital control.

The role requires 3–5 years in Commercial HVAC/Controls, a valid driver’s license, and physical ability to perform tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in Commercial HVAC/Controls.
• Technical training or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start and commission new systems and diagnose environmental-control equipment.
• Repair and service products on customer sites while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with team leader and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trane products and safety standards.
