Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Site Safety and Health Specialist to support the SLDA Project site in Parks Township, PA. You will integrate with the project team to monitor site HSE requirements during field work, including training coordination and records management.

Responsibilities include collecting exposure data, documenting measurements, and aligning with the Site Manager and HSE leadership to foster a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• External 3-5 years of applied HSE experience in construction, environmental remediation, operations & maintenance, hazardous waste management.
• Ability to pass security screening for a secret clearance and obtain interim clearance within 90 days.
• Must be a clear and effective communicator in written and verbal forms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee site HSE requirements during field work.
• Coordinate on-site training cycles and maintain training records.
• Support collection of worker exposure monitoring data and document measurements.
• Interface with the Site Manager, Project Manager and HSE leaders to align on safety initiatives.
