Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Wellsboro, PA is seeking an HSE Specialist I to support field operations across PA, OH, and WV. You will conduct site inspections, assist with incident investigations, and maintain safety compliance systems while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, and the ability to travel 80%+ with on-call availability. A Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field, or 1+ year HSE experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and PADEP regulations.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job site inspections and write compliance reports.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Attend client meetings and manage HSE expectations.
• Maintain ISNetworld, Avetta, and PEC for client compliance.
• Track safety KPIs and prepare required reports.
• Deliver safety training and field competency evaluations.
• On-call availability for incidents and urgent site needs.
• Travel 80%+ across PA, OH, and WV.
