Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an HSE Specialist I to support field operations across PA, OH, and WV. You will conduct site inspections, manage incident reporting, assist audits, and maintain compliance systems like ISNetworld, Avetta, and PEC.

This role requires travel and on-call availability to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field or has 1+ years of HSE experience, with knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field or 1+ years of relevant oil & gas HSE experience or other safety positions
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations (PADEP, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
• Competency in Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing field demands
• Must be willing to respond to emergencies on short notice (nights/weekends)
• Field-based with extensive travel across PA, OH, and WV

Responsibilities

• Conduct job site inspections and provide written compliance reports
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Attend client meetings and manage HSE expectations
• Maintain systems such as ISNetworld, Avetta, and PEC for client compliance
• Assist in tracking safety KPIs and preparing required reports
• Deliver safety training and conduct field competency evaluations
• Remain available for on-call responses to incidents or urgent site needs
• Travel regularly (80%+); occasional overnight travel required
