Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist to support supervision and administration of project safety, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

The role coordinates safety efforts, conducts training, daily inspections, hazard assessments, incident investigations, and develops safety plans. Frequent travel to job sites is required. OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR/AED required; 5 years construction experience with strong communication expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience.
• 1 year of on-site safety experience.
• OSHA 30hr card for the Construction Industry.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED training completed.
• Specialized safety training related to scope of work.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct field safety orientation training.
• Daily inspection of machinery, equipment, and working conditions for compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor use of safety equipment (glasses, helmets, respirators, etc.).
• Inspect areas for fire-prevention equipment and first-aid supplies.
• Test hazard exposures with appropriate equipment; report findings.
• Investigate accidents and determine root causes; recommend preventive actions.
• Help develop and implement JSA, SHMP, and PSSP safety plans.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and safety training with workers.
