LyondellBasell is seeking a HSE Specialist to champion GoalZERO behaviors across the site, drive compliance with health & safety regulations, and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance. The role requires strong field presence, safety program leadership, and collaboration with regulatory agencies to continually improve site safety.

• Minimum 4 years of Operations, Maintenance, or similar experience in a Petrochemical environment.
• Direct experience and in-depth knowledge of Occupational Safety programs and other safety policies.
• English language required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support and lead Health & Safety programs including Behavior Based Safety and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a safety resource for management, operations, maintenance, and contractors.
• Lead safety training and incidents investigations.
• Provide safety support to assigned operating units.
• Audit Health & Safety practices and verify field compliance.
• Act as liaison with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
