Job summary

Cudd Energy Services is seeking a Field HSE Representative to ensure compliance with the company HSEMS at the well-site and advise field personnel on safety matters. The role will cover incident investigations, risk assessments and collaboration with supervisors to meet OSHA/API standards.

The position emphasizes leadership in safety, conducting stand-downs, and promoting proactive safety practices across multiple product lines and sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with HSE management systems (HSEMS) in oilfield environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA and API standards applicable to well-sites.
• Ability to conduct hazard identifications and Job Safety Analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication for field teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates compliance with the company HSEMS at the well-site.
• Leads hazard identification, inspections/audits and BBS observations.
• Performs risk assessments of non-complex tasks.
• Supports incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Coordinates incident and emergency response with field personnel.
• Enters and reports safety data into the Incident Management System.
• Conducts site safety stand-downs and communicates safety messages.
