Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a relevant field, manufacturing experience preferred.
• CSP or CIH certification preferred; strong safety program knowledge.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities to comply with safety programs and policies.
• Train, coach and lead personnel in Risk Control/Risk Reduction methods.
• Maintain safety records and KPI programs.
• Develop site-specific safety training and incident investigations.
• Participate in Gemba walks and address findings with management.
• Communicate with corporate HSE managers and other facilities.
