Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced HSE Manager for construction and commissioning projects in the United States. The role focuses on implementing site-specific HSE programs, conducting field inspections, and guiding teams to achieve regulatory compliance across all project phases.

You will investigate incidents, lead safety training, and drive continuous improvement to reduce risk and enhance environmental controls on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of HSE experience in construction/commissioning environments.
• CHST/ASP or OSHA 500 credential preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA construction standards.
• Experience developing SSMPs, JSAs, emergency plans, and HSE documentation.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site-specific HSE plans including SSMPs, JSAs, emergency response, and environmental plans.
• Perform field inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and reduce risk.
• Provide HSE guidance for high‑risk activities (lifting, electrical work, confined space, LOTO).
• Support client audits and regulatory inspections on site.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; implement corrective actions.
• Deliver site orientations, toolbox talks, and safety training; promote safety culture.
