Job summary

Voith US Inc. is seeking an HSE Supervisor of Construction & Commissioning to lead field safety programs across infrastructure projects in North America. The role focuses on implementing site safety plans, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will drive incident investigations, training, and collaboration with project teams to promote a strong safety culture and environmentally responsible operations on site.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of HSE experience in construction, commissioning, heavy‑industrial or energy environments.
• CHST/ASP/OSHA 500 certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field HSE program execution across site activities.
• Site safety oversight, risk assessments, and audits.
• Environmental compliance and waste management at field sites.
• Incident investigation, data collection, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Training, toolbox talks, and safety culture initiatives.
• Coordination with site supervisors, project teams, and clients.
• Support continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects.
