Job summary

Voith US Inc. is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor of Construction & Commissioning to lead field-level safety across construction and commissioning activities, drive adherence to HSE programs, and collaborate with project teams.

The role emphasizes site presence, regulatory compliance, incident investigation, and a strong safety culture on North American projects, including risk management, environmental controls, and toolbox talks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in safety/environmental/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of HSE experience in construction/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage field HSE programs across construction and commissioning activities.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Support environmental controls and regulatory reporting.
• Deliver toolbox talks, training, and safety campaigns to site personnel.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure safe execution.
